Enclosed on Murcia’s Especial Plan of the Historic Centre (PECHAM), and bordering with the surroundings of San Nicolas BIC, the pre-existing property on Jose María Bautista will be demolish due to the bad shape of it.
The new residential building has a ground floor and four levels with a space under de roof, featuring three room apartments with high interior qualities and two penthouses with spacious terraces. On façade a stone baseboard and stucco is finished with a zinc superior body.
The building maintains the line stablished by the PECHAM without losing a contemporary look.
